Amy is a successful thought habit coach & well know sales trainer and speaker.
Amy began her journey as an international keynote speaker, business strategy consultant, sales trainer, and thought habit coach over 25 years ago.

A survivor of a near death experience at age 9 gave her the desire to lead, serve, and inspire others to achieve greatness.
Amy became a leader in human potential and self development at the age of 18 with her work at Lifespring Seminars.

Amy has over 2 decades of experience in business and medical capital equipment sales and has been recognized as a Fortune 50 top sales performer and international sales trainer.

She has trained hundreds of entrepreneurs, sales professionals, and teams on sales skills, public speaking, presentation skills, leadership, and negotiation skills.

Amy also helps individuals and teams achieve peak performance results through her Thought Habit Finder individual and
Team DNA Coaching.


Amy's business AIM Training and Consulting, (Action + Inspiration + Motivation + RESULT$!) helps individual performers, leaders, and teams to improve profit through best in class sales, team, leadership skills, and peak performance thought habit training.

Once terrified of public speaking, Amy is now a master at public speaking, a professional member of The National Speakers Association, (2016-present), a Board Member of National Speakers Association, St. Louis (2020-present), and a former Board Member of National Speakers Association, Illinois (2016-2019).

She has also served as a Dean of Speakers Academy, NSA-IL, and is currently serving as a Dean of Speakers Academy, NSA-St. Louis. Amy was recognized as the ‘NSA-IL Member of the Year,’ 2018.


Amy is a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM, 2013, an honor received by less than 5% of Toastmasters members worldwide).
She has presented at Toastmasters Leadership Institute, Chicago District 30 Conferences, and has served as an Area Governor.

Amy is a certified Thought Habit Coach through the Og Mandino Leadership Institute (2019) and is a certified Life Coach through New Peaks (2015).

Amy became an Amazon #1 Best Seller in 2016 with her book "From Zero to Sales Hero – How to Double your Sales and Income in 90 Days" She published her second book, "From Zero to Speaker Hero – How to Achieve Fame, Fortune, and Fun as a Speaker" in 2019.

She has given keynote speeches and conducted training and consulting services to her clients: Zebra Technologies, Becton Dickinson, Massage Envy, Mastech Digital, Qualcomm Life, Capsule Technologies, The United States SBA (Small Business Administration, Chicago), Aurora University, New Peaks, Alverno College, and the WBDC (Womens Business Development Center).

Amy has also served as the Global Director of Sales Training and Performance for Qualcomm Life, ICU Medical, and Becton Dickinson.
