SBR Bikes & ROCKR Indoor Training Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Celebration

The Staenberg Group (TSG Properties) is pleased to announce that SBR Bikes & Brews will be opening in The District of St. Louis . Their 3,962 sq. ft space will be located at 17089 Suite 138 Outer 40 Rd Chesterfield, MO 63005 opening March 2024.

“We are excited to welcome SBR Bikes & Brews to our growing tenant mix at The District, shared Michael Staenberg, President of The Staenberg Group. “SBR Bikes & Brews will allow more community members to enjoy the Monarch Levee Bike Trail and the Katy Trail. SBR Bikes & Brews will rent and repair bikes onsite. In April 2024, they will be opening a welcoming coffee cafe for cyclists to gather while enjoying a delicious cup of coffee.” SBR Bikes & Brews is formerly known as the popular Swim Bike Run retail store since its inception in 2009. The company is introducing an exciting evolution to their business as it embarks on a monumental rebrand, paired with a move to a new location at The District. SBR Bikes & Brews – a unique blend of a dynamic Bike Shop and a welcoming Café.
