I have served since 2005 as the Community Services and Economic Development Director for the City of Chesterfield and as the Assistant City Administrator as well.  I work to foster business retention and attraction within the community, assist developers and business owners through the planning and development process, and also manage the customer service, information technologies, public relations and employee relations functions for the City. I am Certified Economic Developer with nearly 20 years of experience in the economic development field. Previously I was the Director of Economic Development for the City of O?Fallon, Missouri and prior to that I worked in economic development for City Utilities of Springfield, Missouri where I obtained an MBA from Drury University. I hold a B.S. in Business Administration from Southeast Missouri State University and have completed the Economic Development Institute at the University of Oklahoma.

Rachel McCalla realized event planning was her calling at the age of seventeen, after she produced her high school’s homecoming carnival that drew more than 20,000 people. From weddings to fundraisers, Rachel has created, planned, and designed events professionally for more than 20 years. She has coordinated more than 800 events in her career.

Rachel launched not one but two successful businesses in 2006. Lucky You Productions provided event planning and also floral design. Steph Albanito is a licensed massage therapist (LMT). Originally from Peoria, IL, Steph moved to St. Louis to study Aerospace Engineering at Saint Louis University.  After completing her bachelor's degree she went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology. Prior to pursuing her passion in the health and wellness industry, Steph was a structural engineer at Boeing for nearly 10 years! She brings her problem-solving experience as an engineer into her massage therapy practice, allowing her to efficiently and effectively resolve clients' troublesome areas, leaving them relaxed and refreshed!

Regional Dermatology is the private practice of Dr. Sarah Jensen. After years working in academia, Dr. Jensen opened Regional Dermatology South in Festus, Missouri in 2010. She has since opened a second location in Chesterfield and expanded her practice to include integrative care in dermatology. A double board certified dermatologist and dermatopathologist, Dr. Jensen completed Learnskin's Integrative Dermatology Certificate Program which allows her to practice allopathic dermatology alongside science-backed integrative study. She enjoys complex medical and surgical dermatology. Her undergraduate training in Visual Arts at Scripps College allows her a unique aesthetic when working in cosmetic dermatology. 

I have grown up in Chesterfield almost my entire life.  My family moved off Baxter Road in 1976 and we have watched Chesterfield become incorporated, flood, blossom and thieve. I graduated from Parkway West High School and my first job was at Famous Barr in Chesterfield Mall.  After high school, I lived out of state for college but returned after receiving my Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Ole Miss.  I am blessed to be married to my husband, David Green, for 33 years and raise our 3 precious children (Will, Ted and Mary Catherine).  My passion is helping others understand their finances and celebrating when they reach their goals. I look forward to meeting local individuals, families and businesses and give back to the community I love.
