I wanted to share some exciting news! I?m opening La Vie Vegan, a 100% Vegan, French-Inspired Bistro, right in the heart of Main Street, St. Charles!

Our grand opening is scheduled for Friday, March 14th (which also happens to be my birthday! 🎉). La Vie Vegan brings the charm of an authentic French bistro with a plant-based twist, offering a variety of delicious, made-from-scratch vegan dishes, inspired by my French roots.

Our mission is simple: to bring people together over incredible food, proving that vegan cuisine can be just as indulgent, flavorful, and comforting as traditional French fare. Whether guests are long-time food lovers or new to plant-based dining, we invite them to experience a taste of France, completely reimagined.
