Purser Center at Logan University

As Purser Center Event Specialist, Matt plans, coordinates and executes a variety of events, ensuring exceptional service and a positive experience for guests while managing the events enterprise system, handling space requests, generating reports, and ensuring accuracy of information. In addition, Matt coordinates and executes assigned campus events, overseeing event preparation, catering, set-up, audiovisual, branding, security and on-site support.

Bringing 8 years of valuable event planning experience to Logan, Matt most recently served as the General Manager/Event Manager at MX Movies & Bar. In that role, he managed private events and group rentals, ensured the maintenance and improvement of general technology infrastructure and addressed audio/visual requirements for events and regular movie theater operations.
