I’m the publisher of the monthly neighborhood magazine made exclusively for the residents of the Wild Horse Creek Rd subdivisions. Highly affluent neighborhoods all over the nation contract my company to produce these publications.
Our magazines are private and personal. Wild Horse Creek is one of the largest upscale communities in the area. There’s no other social magazine dedicated just to the residents of Wild Horse Creek Rd. The newsletters are 40-50 pages long and all the stories and pictures are about the neighborhood and the people who live there, yielding an extremely high readership.
We filter and limit the advertising to avoid watering down the integrity of the publication. We host private events for our advertisers to network with our residents. We hand deliver welcome baskets to new families on behalf of our advertising partners. It's a unique way to get noticed by our high-end home owners.
